Javier Campo Ruíz (Scientific Investigator in charge of the Multifuntional Magnetic Molecular Materials group) attended the conference and contributed with an oral presentation to the event: “New inconmmensurate magnetic phases in the multiferroic compound MnCr2O4”.
The Polarized Neutrons for Condensed-Matter Investigations Conference (2022) was sponsored and organized by the University of Maryland College Park Foundation (Annapolis, Maryland) and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST, U.S. Department of Commerce). It took place on July between 25th and 29th.
This conference has allowed scientifics from all over the world, to share their investigations and provide mutual knowledge through the presentations which were held during the meeting.
The program included contributions about nanostructures, polarized QENS, magnetism, instrumentation (facility reports, difracción and spectroscopy) plus techniques and methods.
